BOFFO
Founded in January 2009 by Al-Shathir and Gregory Sparks
BOFFO is a non-profit arts and culture organization based in New York City. Our goal is to provide exposure for artists and designers through exhibitions, events and other resources, create community for artists and designers to network, and to explore a subject matter that educates and informs the public.

exhibition concerned with the influence of objects in contemporary
culture.
"As an organization, BOFFO utilizes temporary locations for events and exhibitions, constantly moving, redefining both physical and theoretical parameters. With this structure our artists and designers are given the opportunity to explore many different opportunities. Additionally, every location invites a different audience to participate in activities associated with the organization, giving each event unique, location-specific characteristics."
